At Sweet As Pie, we take great pride in crafting our artisanal tarts and fruit pies with the finest ingredients. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience an issue with your order, please review our policy below.
Perishable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory in any way, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
Frozen Products
Our frozen fruit pies are carefully packaged to maintain quality during transit. If your frozen product arrives thawed or damaged, please reach out to us immediately with a photo of the issue. We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Order Issues & Refunds
If you receive an incorrect order, or if there is a quality concern, please email us at orders@sweetaspie.co.za with your order number, details of the issue, and a photo if applicable. We will review your request and provide a resolution within 2–3 business days.
Cancellations & Modifications
Orders may be cancelled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time. Once an order is in production or has been shipped, we are unable to make changes or process cancellations.
